Our customer sought a custom, automated solution that could take unorganized product discharged from a freezer and automatically sort it into three separate stacks of pizza crusts.
Solution:
Our FFM design and engineering team used SolidWorks to create a design incorporating automation technology and servo-driven conveyors to reliably and accurately sort and stack the pizza crusts.
Results:
FFM delivered a highly robust system to the customer for sorting and stacking pizza crusts, receiving highly positive feedback on the quality and design of the system.
